Program Details
Weekly Schedule: Classes 6 days a week (1 rest day)
Minimum Duration: 1 month

6:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Meditation & Kriyas
7:30 AM: Fruit break
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Kalari practice
1:00 PM: Lunch
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Practice time
